    Project Committee

The members of the Project Committee are responsible for strategic issues and cooperatively develop groundbreaking decisions to ensure the success of the project. Overall project coordination is also integrated into the Project Committee, which is responsible for management as well as for content and financial controlling. The members of the Project Committee meet four times a year.

The Project Committee is supported by the Scientific Advisory Board. It meets twice a year together with the Project Committee and participates in the AGE-INT network on an ongoing basis.

The project coordination office is located at the University of Applied Sciences of Eastern Switzerland (OST). In addition to the operational implementation of resolutions by the Project Committee and the Advisory Board, the coordination office is responsible for content and financial controlling, internal and external communication as well as event management.

AGE-INT’s four sub-projects have been allocated to four competence clusters. These clusters are based at various higher education institutions and universities within a decentralised organisational structure. The competence clusters have their own budgets and are required to provide information and coordination to the project coordination office.

    Advisory Board

The Advisory Board is a body whose function is to advise and make recommendations. It serves as a sounding board, i.e. as a committee with specialist knowledge and expertise that provides a source of constructive criticism, thus supporting the programme and the projects, keeping them on track.
